We are so proud to announce our induction into the Sign-A-Rama Hall of Fame at the July 2009 United Franchise Group Hall of Fame!
We've posted info and press releases online: www.signaramadowntown.com/hall-of-fame
We were thrilled, surprised and delighted to find our named called -- and it was double-the-fun when we were inducted along with Bob and Melissa Chapa of Detroit. They are great friends and amazing franchise owners.
The HOF is an elite group of owners who demonstrate not just financial success with their franchise, but a team-focused attitude and leadership within the franchise. It's a massive honor -- and one we never expected to have this early in our ownership -- just 6 years.
We always want to give credit where it is due -- our staff is the reason we have been able to do all we have. In particular, Keith Watkins, Len Lemorie, Abbie Trowbridge and Eagle Barber have helped vault us higher in our expertise, customer service and fabrication.
Giant shout-outs as well to those at United Franchise Group, our franchisor, for being great coaches and mentors for years -- Gary Lengel, Ray Titus, Scott Mast, and Sean Oatney all had a hand in helping us continue to reach higher.
The biggest secret weapon any successful Sign-A-Rama has is the franchise group -- the other franchise owners offer unlimited support both with technical and fabrication questions, but also with the all-important ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT we all need now and then. I can always count on the other owners to be there to help me sort out problems, and that is invaluable. Big HUGS to Bob Chapa, John Swanson, Lino DeFeo, Rich Heaton, Vince Cvijanovic, Gina Legierre, Dawn Tiritter-Bent and many others -- you guys ROCK!
Additionally, there are many business owners here in Louisville who deserve a ton of credit for teaching, helping and being our partners -- John Shircliffe of Eagle Signs, Greg Williams of Sign 4, Rachel & Tom Butler of Right Angle Results, Tricia Burke of Office Environment Company, and many, many more.
Lastly, to my family -- my kids, my husband and business partner, my parents who helped us get started and continue to urge me forward, and to my sister and brother, Patty and Joe Payette, who help us with anything we ask!!
Thanks everyone for making this all happen!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOT!!!!
