Back From Vegas... But it Doesn't Stay There!!

Wow -- what a trip to Vegas SAR Downtown had for the 2009 United Franchise Group Expo!



Before we left on Saturday we enjoyed our 6 year birthday with a cook out and party -- what fun! I had so many friends and clients come by. It was a very special afternoon, but I think Brian was ready to go home after standing over that grille all afternoon.





On Saturday we traveled to Vegas and kicked off with an invitation-only attendance at the "Franchise Advisory Council" where we worked with other franchisees and the franchise leadership to help shape the vision and future of our franchise. Great ideas where shared -- we are clearly on the verge of some great developments.



We also attended the "Million Dollar Circle" where we met some new franchisees we hadn't known well -- Colin and Michelle from Edmonton Alberta. Great people and fun to boot.



There were panels, discussions and councils of all kinds, as well as the upcoming announcement of our online ordering system -- this will truly transform our businesses and prepare us for the future! I can't wait to send out the announcement when we go live August 1st!



The most exciting news to share is our induction into the Hall of Fame for SAR. It was humbling, thrilling, and totally overwhelming. To be included in a group of owners who represent excellence in every possible way was a dream fulfilled!

To add frosting to this amazing cake, we won the honor alongside our colleagues, Bob and Melissa Chapa from Detriot, MI. Bob has been an inspiration and leader in our franchise system -- to join the Hall of Fame together was like a cosmic affirmation! We're home now and ready to get back to work making signs for all our favorite clients.
